Yes. We only host on Airbnb, mainly because of it’s seamless co-host functionality and for the level of protection it provides hosts and guests.
You will need an Airbnb account of your own, so that once the listing is set up, you will be the sole owner of the listing and your guest reviews.
Once we are set up to host guests on your behalf, you can have as little or as much involvement as you like. This also means you have full visibility on how your listing is performing, and of the work we are doing on your behalf.

Yes! In the past we’ve helped clients to furnish or re-configure rooms, consult on making improvements and ensure their places are fully-stocked and guest-ready.
If you want to rent your home short-term while you are away yourself, we can also help with pack-up and prepping your home for rental.

We take care of any of the communication and logistics for you. As co-hosts, we will take care of your place and your guest on your behalf.

No. We only require clients to enter a fixed term agreement, which can be renewed every 6 months but can be a minimum of 3 weeks.
We specialise is short-term rentals, helping clients rent out their primary home while they are on vacation themselves - so we are all about flexibility!

Towels
Bath towels and kitchen linens will usually be laundered on-site during cleaning.
Essential supplies
We recommend providing some basic supplies for the best guest experience, so that guests feel welcomed and don’t need to rush straight out for groceries. We can guide you on what essentials to provide, examples include toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, salt & pepper.
Provided amenities
Items required so that guests can make the most of the amenities you have listed. Examples include, gas for the Barbeque, wood & firelighters for the fireplace, coffee beans for the coffee machine.

Bookings are subject to 20% co-host fee plus a pre-arranged cleaning fee. Both payable direct from the Airbnb app. No need for frequent invoicing!
Co-host fee is inclusive of linen hire and gst.
Pre-rental cleaning $50p/h +gst.*
Consumables/supplies are on-charged at market value + 3%.
Admin fees for non-essential call-outs or key replacement apply, but are recovered from guests.
